Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of this website and the services provided by PARLEZ FRANCAIS UK (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing this site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Tutoring Services

  • Booking: All lessons are arranged directly by contacting us via email. Lesson dates and times are confirmed once agreed by both parties.

  • Payment: Individual lessons must be paid before or within 24 hours after the lesson. Bundles must be paid in full before or within 24 hours after the first lesson.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed lessons will be charged in full.

  • Bundles: Lessons purchased as part of a bundle must be used within 3 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Online Lessons: Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and appropriate equipment.

2. Business Services

For translation, transcription, voice-over, or corporate training, terms (including pricing, delivery, and confidentiality) will be set out in a separate written agreement or quotation specific to each project. By commissioning work, the client agrees to those terms.

3. Learning Materials & Intellectual Property

All materials, lesson content, resources, and books produced by Parlez Français UK, including the French Crossword Book and future publications, remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or sell any part of these materials without written permission.

4. Product Sales (Books & Resources)

Sales of books or digital resources (including via Amazon or third-party platforms) are governed by the seller’s terms at the time of purchase. Returns and refunds for physical or digital products must comply with the retailer’s policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure high-quality, professional services, we cannot guarantee specific learning or business outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services or materials.

6. Privacy

Personal information collected via forms, email, or the website is used solely for communication and service provision. We do not share your information with third parties, except as required by law.

7. Website Use

All content on this site, including text, images, and branding, is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use any material without prior written consent. We reserve the right to update or modify the website and these T&Cs at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
